Strategy in unconventional places.

That’s how my career developed. Strategy in unconventional places. I moved from Web Development and Design and Coding to Digital Strategy and then to a traditional advertising agency in Brazil.

Next, I moved to Mexico to lead an entire Strategy Department. I had to adapt to the Mexican language, people, culture, market, and (no less important) the food. And it was an incredible experience.

After that, I landed in Japan to work as a Global Strategist. I had to adapt not only to the unique culture in Japan but also learn how to be a dad while working and building a family in the farthest corner of the world. My most significant challenge yet proved to be especially rewarding.

This website tells stories about my strategic approach in these different settings. Each experience was unique, and I learned so much. But don’t take my word for it; check my stories.

Changing so much and radically has its price, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. These experiences and their challenges made me a better strategist, leader, and person.

Don’t be fooled — I’m a beginner snowboarder. But I needed a nice picture to introduce myself, so here goes. Besides, I do want to emphasize I put myself out of my comfort zone. After all, that’s what it’s all about.
